At RigNrizz, we are committed to ensuring you have the best possible experience — from the moment you place your order to delivery at your doorstep. That’s why we’ve created these shipping guidelines so you can shop with confidence.


Delivery Times

RigNrizz works with carefully selected suppliers in Asia and ships products directly from our warehouses there.
We offer our customers fast, reliable, and affordable shipping by partnering with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

This direct-from-supplier model allows us to save significantly on transportation, storage, packaging, and freight costs, enabling us to offer our products at fair and competitive prices.

Average Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days.
Temporary Delays: Due to rapid growth and warehouse transitions, some products may experience a slight delay, with delivery times of 20 to 25 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Costs

We typically charge $9.95 for shipping.
However, we are currently running a special promotional sale — FREE SHIPPING! 🎉

Please note:
If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Keep this in mind when purchasing multiple items that you may wish to try but not keep.


Order Status & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a personal Track & Trace code by email.
With this code, you can track your order anytime through our tracking partner.

It may take 2–3 days for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
The estimated delivery date will appear on the tracking page after these initial updates.


Delivery Issues

While rare, delivery issues can occasionally occur. Below are our procedures for various situations:

Defective Product
If your product is damaged during transport, we will automatically send you a new package free of charge.
At this stage, we do not offer cash refunds — our priority is to deliver what you ordered and ensure your satisfaction.

Lost Package
If a package is lost or undeliverable for logistical reasons, we will resend your package free of charge before considering any refund request.

Refused or Failed Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept the package, or the carrier attempts multiple deliveries without success, the package will be returned to the post office.

Important Notes:

  • RigNrizz currently covers all initial delivery costs.

  • We always notify customers via email if their package is awaiting collection.

  • You have 7 days to collect your package from the post office.

  • If not collected, the package will be returned to our supplier in Asia.

  • We will then resend a new package free of charge (7–14 business days).

  • If the second delivery is also refused or uncollected, we reserve the right to deduct $20 from your eligible refund amount.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed by our automated fulfillment system.
For this reason, it is not possible to cancel a finalized order.

If you’re unsure about your product, don’t worry — we offer a hassle-free returns process.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt and receive store credit for the full value.


Customs Fees

Since we ship directly from our suppliers in Asia, customs inspections may occasionally occur.
Due to updated international regulations, customs authorities may apply import duties or handling fees.

This is rare — in 99% of cases, no additional charges apply.
Should this occur, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
